After last time I updated the website I hoped that something happened which would be nice to put on my website. Well, today something like that happened.
Sometimes we have snow in Holland, but not like today. Today (at least in Enschede) we had 25 cm snow in about 4 hours. Because of this snow there was chaos in Holland. In total there was a about 800 km of traffic jams (which is about the same distance then from the north of Holland to the south and back!!!) and for example public transport stopped. Because of all of this, I was stuck in Enschede for the weekend, because there was no way I was going to get home or somewhere else. It took about 2 days before the streets were 'clean' again.

Don't get me wrong, I really like snow and the winter, but it is a bit strange, last week I was walking in a T-shirt and summer jacket and this week there is about 25 cm snow and temperatures around 0 degrees C. Everything went a bit fast, but I feel good with this temperature, finally it's not hot outside :oD.
